4. physical/mental limitations
5. current health

We also offer to build home/gym training programs alongside personal training sessions. Below are different components that we put together to create the perfect program for you!

CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS

Cardiovascular fitness works on strengthening and improving the function of the heart.
Benefits include; lowers risk of cardiovascular diseases, stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, and other diseases.

STRENGTH TRAINING

A regular strength training program helps you build muscle, strengthen bones, reduce body fat, protects the body from pains and injuries due to muscle weakness, & lowers risk of certain diseases.

TRX

TRX suspension training uses your body weight to gain strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.
There are numerous exercises that work the entire body.

FLEXIBILITY

Better flexibility allows your joints to move through their full range of motion, and reduces the risk of injury during exercise and daily activities.

BALANCE

Balance training can help you improve your coordination and performance, and improves joint stability, reducing the risk of injury.

COORDINATION

Coordination training works on the body's ability to use different parts of the body smoothly and efficiently at the same time.
It is extremely important in injury prevention, not just in sport, but in everyday life.

WEIGHT LOSS

Being overweight increases your risk of health conditions such as heart problems, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, & certain types of cancer. Excess body weight puts pressure on the joints in your lower body and can cause pains and injuries.

CORE STRENGTH

The core refers to the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen. Core exercises train these muscles to work in harmony, giving better balance and stability.
A weak core can compromise and cause pain in other joints and muscles in the body, and is often the reason for low back pain.

POSTURE CORRECTION

Posture affects how you walk, run, jump, lift weights etc. Good posture allows ease of movement, good balance of muscle strength and flexibility, proper positioning of the spine and proper functioning of internal organs.
