Created by Wingate graduates Dinah and Yair, Coscas Health & Fitness in Jerusalem offers you Personal Training, Massage Therapy, Sport Therapy, Karate & Self Defense, and Wellness Coaching.

I have been training with Dinah for a couple of months. She is wonderful, and I recommend her so highly! She has helped me gain in strength, stamina, self-confidence, and positive feelings about my body and my ability to meet challenges. I really appreciate that she has designed exercise programs for me and has pushed me to become more independent. Some trainers would simply try to get customers to come to them as much as possible, but Dinah truly has her clients' development in mind. She designed a program by which I did one meeting a week with her then followed up with a complimentary session I could do at home without equipment. Once she had given me a strong foundation in strength training, she encouraged me to get my own equipment and branch out on my own for a couple of months before returning for a new personalized program. In addition to being a wonderful trainer, she is a lovely person who is gently encouraging and never patronizing or preachy. I highly recommend Dinah, whether you can commit to multiple training sessions a week or just a couple a month. It's not all or nothing with her; she has an attitude that respects where you are and encourages you to strive to be your own personal best.

לפני כשנה נפצעתי בתאונת אופניים. עפתי מהאופניים, איבדתי את ההכרה ושברתי כמה עצמות... למשל, את עצם הבריח, שלוש חוליות בצוואר, ולקינוח - שלוש צלעות. אוף, כמה שזה כאב. אחרי שהשתחררתי מבית החולים, חודש שלם רק סבלתי והתפתלתי מכאבים, שורד רק בזכות משכחי כאבים אופיאדיים וצפיית בינג' בנטפליקס. את יאיר קוסקס מצאתי בפייס חודשיים אחרי התאונה. באתי, ניסיתי והתמכרתי. עם יאיר, עברתי תהליך שיקומי מדהים. הוא הוביל אותי בבטחה במקצועיות בתבונה וברגישות מעלה מעלה, כשאני מרגיש איך לאט לאט התנועתיות שלי מתשפרת ואני הולך ומתחזק. לא יאומן, אבל היום שנה אחרי, אני רוכב ורץ, ומרגיש טוב יותר עם היכולות שלי משהרגשתי לפני התאונה. תודה יאיר על הכול!

We had such a good time with their well worked out and challenging routine that could be easily adjusted to suit our individual levels and abilities. I have been so happy with my experiences at Coscas Health & Fitness. Dinah is so wonderful to work with and she always makes sure I feel comfortable with an exercise. It's the perfect balance between pushing me to do more and watching/listening to what my body can actually handle. I also find her flexibility a huge plus. When I can't make a session or need to reschedule, she always finds a time that works.

I've been training with Yair for over a year now, and my experience has only been positive. Yair has tailor made our sessions to fit exactly what I am looking for. He is very attentive, and makes sure to know what your specific goals are- and helps you achieve them. His experience as both a personal trainer and massage therapist are clear, as he knows exactly which parts of my body might be sore even before I notice it. He consistently adapts different exercises as I make progress to keep challenging me. If I fall behind a little or am simply tired one day, he does not pressure me to or push too hard (although he does offer some positive encouragement to get me out of a slump). One thing I have noticed about working with Yair versus other trainers/classes I have taken in the past: it's fun. I have been trying for years to get in shape and lead a healthier lifestyle, and many times I have come to view exercise as simply a chore that I need to get over with. Yet, while training with Yair is hard, as a good workout should be, it is also a lot of fun and enjoyable. I look forward to my training sessions. In short, I am very happy training with Yair, and the progress I have made this past year has been awesome. Thank you Yair!
