Born in Israel, I began my sports career as a karate student at Eli Bitran’s ‘Seido Karate’ in Reanana at age 14. Over the years I saw improvement and changes, not just physically, but mentally too. As the shy person that I was, I felt at home when I was training. It gave me a place where I could grow and develop.
A few years later I decided that I wanted to give others the experience that I had, so I studied to become a Certified Karate Instructor in Wingate Institute for Physical Education and Sport.
With time, I saw that I had more to learn in the health & fitness field so I continued my studies in Wingate and became a Certified Fitness Instructor, a Health & Wellness Coach, a Massage Therapist, specializing in Swedish Massage and Sports Massage, and a Sport Therapist where I met my wife Dinah!
I learnt not just to train, but to strengthen and take care of my body in order to prevent future injuries and health problems.

Born in London, England I made Aliyah on my own at the age of 20. I always loved exercise, and decided to make my passion my career. I certified as a Fitness Instructor through Wingate Institute of Physical Education and Sport, and received an additional qualification as a Certified Personal Trainer through the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine).
I had the opportunity to work with someone recovering from a serious car accident, and assisted him with his rehab. Being a part of his progress made me realize that I wanted to continue my studies in health & fitness to also work with people with physical disabilities and injuries.
So I continued on to study Sport Therapy in Wingate where I met my husband Yair! On this course I also became certified as a Massage Therapist, specializing in Swedish Massage and Sports Massage.
My love of health and fitness is one that I want to share. I want to help you make fitness a prominent part of your life, to help you receive the numerous health benefits that sport has to offer. It is important to me to share my knowledge with you and to help you enrich and improve your quality of life by achieving better health. I want you to feel as good as I feel when I do sport!
